Below are links to our new client intake forms for individuals and for entities, such as corporations, societies, trusts, and other organizations.

Please note that submitting an intake form does not create a solicitor-client relationship between you and Quantum Law.  An engagement letter must be prepared and signed by both parties before we can act as your lawyers.

Online Payments

We accept online invoice payments with Visa or Mastercard through a secure payment portal with Clio (powered by LawPay).  You will need your client number and invoice number to complete the payment page.
