In-house lawyers are invaluable to many organizations thanks to their role in preventing losses, anticipating issues, and managing day-to-day operations from a legal standpoint. Unfortunately, many enterprises have a need for in-house legal but do not yet have the budget to bring on a full-time lawyer.

Recognizing this gap, Quantum Law has developed an in-house style program that works for small- to medium-sized businesses. We work closely with several companies and fulfill the roles typically managed by in-house counsel, including providing input on operational issues, reviewing and preparing contracts, negotiating deal terms, and developing long-term strategies. We even help manage relationships with other professional advisors, such as accountants, strategic advisors, and specialized legal counsel.

We assess each client’s ongoing legal needs and work within a budget to create a package that works for everyone. This enables our clients to take a proactive approach to their operations — we help identify issues before they become a (costly) problem — and provides peace of mind.
